Darran se ha formado en centros de meditación reconocidos mundialmente en Estados Unidos y Asia y se ha formado como profesor de mindfulness en la Universidad de Massachusetts, el centro donde se iniciaron los cursos modernos de mindfulness.
Antes de dedicarse al mindfulness, Darran tenía casi una década de experiencia en gestión y liderazgo en el mundo corporativo en Estados Unidos.    También es licenciado en física y tiene un postgrado en Mindfulness por el Centro de Investigación y Práctica de Mindfulness de la Universidad de Bangor, en el Reino Unido, uno de los principales centros de mindfulness del mundo.
En su trabajo combina una vasta práctica personal de meditación con la investigación moderna sobre neurociencia, e impulsa desde diversas metodologías seculares de enseñanza de mindfulness (MBSR de la Universidad de Massachusetts, CCT de la Universidad de Stanford, MSC de la Universidad de Texas entre otras). Tiene una amplia experiencia en el diseño e implementación de programas de mindfulness en organizaciones y ha trabajado con empresas como Volvo IT, LG, Credit Suisse, Allfunds Bank, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Fresenius Medical Care y otras.

You will learn meditation techniques and tools online, to cope with anxiety, stress and emotional management, learn to identify dysfunctional patterns. It is a course of meditation techniques online, online, to learn how to manage emotions in everyday life.
In this Mindfulness meditation course you will learn to use the different techniques of meditation and conscious movement so that you can use them in your daily life as soon as you finish the course. In our meditation and Mindfulness center you will learn the meditation techniques of the MBSR course through guided meditations.


For people who can not participate in an 8-week course, we offer an intensive Mindfulness course for those who do not have time or live outside of Madrid.
In the intensive Mindfulness course you will learn to use the different techniques of meditation and conscious movement so that you can use them in your daily life as soon as you finish the course, helping you to manage anxiety, stress and moods. The course takes place in our Mindfulness Center in Madrid, Gran Vía 59.
Cancellations: Money will be refunded, deducting 50 euros of management fees, if the cancellation occurs 7 days before the start of the course, after that period the amount paid will not be refunded, being able to change it for a course in another schedule or in the future.
